A Conversation with Survivor Bob Crowley and Peggy Crowley This 20 minute documentary tells the story of the efforts of Bob and Peggy Crowley of South Portland, Maine, to start a program to help veterans and their families, as well as other worthwhile organizations and individuals. Bob Crowley, winner of the popular "Survivor" competition in Gabon, Africa, has started building yurts and a campground on property they own in Durham, Maine, on Runaround Pond. In addition to renting out the yurts and campsites to the public, the Crowleys also want to make them available to veterans, the Boys Scouts and other worthy groups and individuals. To support this effort, they have created a non-profit corporation - known as the "Durham Warriors Project, Inc" - and, to raise funds, they will holding the "Maine Survival Challenge" on their Durham property on September 5-8, 2013 with 18 individuals competing to be the first "Maine Survivor Challenge" champion.
